Yes. To maintain production efficiency, we typically require 300 to 500 pieces per color/size for custom-made items. However, for stock products or trial orders, we can discuss lower quantities.
Absolutely. We act as your "Private Label" partner. From woven labels to branded packaging and embroidery, the final product will carry your brand identity completely.
Yes, quality assurance is our priority. We produce a Pre-Production Sample (PPS) based on your specs. We wait for your physical approval on this sample before we cut fabric for the bulk order.
For embroidery or label weaving, we prefer vector files such as .AI, .PDF, or .EPS. High-resolution JPEGs are also acceptable for initial evaluation.
Since we are a custom manufacturer, prices vary based on GSM weight, size, cotton quality, and order volume. Please send us your specifications to receive a personalized quote within 24 hours.
We operate with a 30% deposit upon order confirmation to purchase raw materials. The remaining 70% balance is due before the shipment leaves our factory.
For international orders, we accept invoices in USD ($), EUR (€), and GBP (£). Payments can be made via Bank Transfer (T/T) or Letter of Credit (L/C) for large volumes.
Production usually takes 4 to 6 weeks after you approve the sample. Shipping time depends on the destination (e.g., 1 week to Europe via truck, 3-4 weeks to USA via sea).
We are flexible. We can work with Ex-Works (EXW) if you have your own forwarder, or we can handle everything up to your door with DDP. Most clients prefer FOB (Free on Board) or CIF.
Yes. We prepare all necessary export documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, ATR (for Europe), and Certificate of Origin to ensure smooth customs clearance.
Yes, our production line is Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, guaranteeing that no harmful chemicals are used. We also have ISO 9001 management standards in place.
We stand behind our quality. If you find any manufacturing defects upon delivery, please report them within 14 days with photos. We will either replace the items or provide a credit note.
