Weaving: The yarn is loaded onto high-speed Jacquard or Dobby looms. This is where your custom design—whether it’s a complex logo or a minimalist stripe—comes to life.
Dyeing: The fabric is dyed using Oeko-Tex certified eco-friendly dyes, ensuring the colors remain vibrant under the California sun without bleeding in the wash.
Confection: Skilled tailors cut, sew, and finish the hems. If requested, your brand’s label is stitched on, making the product truly yours.
This is the most critical step before the long voyage. We know that returning a defective product from the US to Turkey is not feasible. Therefore, our margin for error is zero.
The Process: Every single towel passes over a light table. We check for loose threads, weaving flaws, or stains.
Metal Detection: A final sweep ensures no needle tips remain in the fabric—a crucial safety standard for US imports.
Once packed into durable, double-walled cartons (labeled with your barcodes), the goods leave our warehouse.
For Speed (Air Cargo): If you need a “Capsule Collection” fast, we ship via air. It takes just 3-5 days to land in New York or Los Angeles.
For Volume (Sea Freight): For large wholesale orders, containers are loaded onto ships at the port of İzmir. It takes approximately 25-30 days to reach the East Coast and 35-40 days for the West Coast.
The container clears US Customs (a process we assist with by providing accurate documentation like Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists) and arrives at your warehouse.
You open the box. The towels are neatly folded, smelling fresh, and exactly as you approved in the sample phase.
